Hi, I’m Rosie, also known as The Kitchen Fairy. I’m a nomadic retreat chef from Ireland, raised by a vegetarian mother who taught me to eat the rainbow.

My kitchen is a hub of joy, creativity, and nourishment — where every meal is made with passion and heart. I’m self-taught, with years of experience in food education and catering, and Bettina’s Retreat Chef Academy gave me the confidence to launch my own business.

Today, I travel the world cooking for retreats and events, creating food that not only nourishes but inspires. For me, the kitchen is pure magic where love, laughter, and flavour come together.
