I am a culinary enthusiast whose journey is deeply rooted in my Indian heritage, where food is a language of culture, balance, and intuition. Growing up surrounded by bold spices, seasonal ingredients, and traditional pairings shaped my natural understanding of flavor harmony and ingredient synergy. This foundation continues to influence my cooking style, allowing me to create dishes that are both soulful and technically refined.

Professionally trained as a pizza chef and pastry chef, I further specialized in plant-based nutrition at Le Cordon Bleu, where classical techniques met modern, health-forward culinary thinking. My approach blends craftsmanship with purpose—presenting food that is indulgent yet nourishing. I was selected through the South East London heat, earning the opportunity to participate in Pizza Chef of the Year, a milestone that challenged and refined my skills under pressure.

Having lived in India, Singapore, China, Canada, and the UK, I have developed a strong appreciation for local cuisines, seasonal produce, and regional food traditions. As a certified holistic nutrition consultant from CSNN Canada, I present my cooking through the lens of nutrition, thoughtfully combining ingredients that nourish the body while delivering depth of flavor. Global experiences enable me to adapt my cooking and nutritional guidance to different climates, cultures, and ingredient availability.
