Lucy is the founder of Lucy’s Ladle, a conscious food brand born during lockdown from a desire to nourish her local community.

What began as doorstep soup deliveries soon grew into a thriving wellness food business. Today, Lucy caters residential yoga retreats and wellbeing workshops across the UK and abroad, bringing warmth, nourishment, and creativity to every kitchen.

She also hosts healthy cooking demos and workshops, inspiring people to see that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or costly. Her food philosophy is simple — to nourish people and inspire mindful eating, one bowl at a time.
