My food philosophy is rooted in balance, joy, and flow — creating vibrant, wholesome meals that nourish body, mind, and spirit. I focus on flavour-packed, nutritionally balanced dishes made with love and intention.

The word Sophrosyne means a healthy state of mind and self-awareness — and that’s exactly the energy I bring to every kitchen I enter. My goal is to help guests feel fulfilled, cared for, and deeply nourished.
