My name is Bernardita. I have over five years of experience as a retreat chef and private
chef. I love traveling and cooking, and designing a special, unique menu for every
experience.
My cuisine can be defined as seasonal, zero-waste cooking that makes the most of every
ingredient. I love surprising my clients with every bite not only through flavor, but
also visually.
I always try to prioritize local products, ensuring that each menu is coherent and
harmonious.I love what happens around a table. I believe it is a moment to truly connect with others,
and that connection is even more meaningful when shared with thoughtful, nourishing
food.
In addition to traveling and cooking for retreats, I run my own business, Bernardita
Cocina, where I offer cooking workshops and catering for events.
The workshops are thematic, healthy, and focused on international cuisine, adding real
value to your retreat.
