I’m a passionate and experienced retreat chef based in Asker, Norway, and I’m always happy to travel wherever my cooking is needed. With many years of experience in catering and a deep love for food culture and high-quality ingredients, I create nourishing, colorful, and flavorful meals that bring people together and support a sense of well-being.
I trained at the Retreat Chef Academy in London with Bettina, where I deepened my understanding of how thoughtfully prepared food can support presence, recovery, and balance during a retreat. My cooking style combines solid culinary skills with an intuitive and creative approach, always with attention to taste, color, and harmony.
Beyond the kitchen, I’m known for being warm, social, and easy to work with. I value good communication, take responsibility, and can always be relied upon. I enjoy connecting with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and being a supportive part of the retreat team. For me, food is not only about nourishment, but also about care, connection, and creating vibrant, memorable shared experiences
