"Hi, I'm Lea, a professional chef based in Worcestershire, UK.

My style is rooted in Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern cuisine thanks to my 6 years working for Ottolenghi. I take pride in catering for special dietary requirements, owing to a decade spent in professional kitchens.

I bring a creative and resourceful approach to seasonal cooking, crafting unique vegetarian and plant-based menu according to the location.

In order to create wholesome meals and give back to the planet, I choose to work as much as possible with organic, local and seasonal products. I believe in the power of great food to bring people together, and nourish them inside and out.
