Originally from Brazil and now based in Oxford, I specialise in retreat menus that nourish body and mind through mindful, colourful cooking. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris (Diplôme de Gastronomie Végétale) and Bettina’s Retreat Chef Academy, my approach blends classical training with heart-led creativity.
My food is vibrant, nourishing, and designed to foster connection — a celebration of balance, beauty, and the joy of sharing.
