Hello, I'm Sara, the food enthusiast behind 'The Wabi Nomad' (), where I share my passion for delicious and sustainable cooking.

My specialty is plant-based cuisine, which is rooted in embracing the seasons, minimizing waste, and prioritizing the freshest local and organic ingredients for physical and environmental health. As a Spanish chef based in London, and a passionate traveller, I weave diverse cultural traditions into my unique menus for a global flavour. I specialize in delivering bespoke, holistic dining for a variety of services, including retreats, events, supper clubs, and private chef work.

My goal is to design every menu to support well-being, promoting mindful eating for a truly memorable experience.

"We got lucky to have Sara as one of the foreign chefs joining our team during SKONIAI - degustation plant-based dinner - events at the countryside resort in Užventis, Lithuania. She not only brings that, alive Spanish vibe but also takes her job very responsibly, diligently paying attention to every detail. We want to emphasize Sara's subtle taste in everything what she does. As in regard of SKONIAI her delicate play with the tastes, textures and colors brings exceptional gastronomic experience for our degustation dinner guests.
