My business Wild Goose Gourmets offers vibrant creations that highlights my love of vegetable-centric cooking, from beautifully plated dishes to culinary adventures with wild ingredients, which draws from previous ventures Foodswild-a foraging business providing wild Cornish ingredients to restaurants across the county.
With a deep appreciation for nature, I incorporate locally grown & foraged ingredients into my dishes where I can, adding unique and wild touches, with wild teas, infused waters with wild leaves and flowers. A passion for travel and exploration shines through in my culinary creations, with Asian and African influences running through my menus & taking retreat participants on a global gastronomic journey.
