Hi, I’m Aliza — a plant-centred retreat chef based in Melbourne, originally from the US.

I’ve been catering retreats since 2018, feeding hundreds of guests across Australia and America. My food philosophy is simple: plant-forward, soulful, and nourishing — celebrating beautiful local produce in meals that bring comfort and joy.

Completing Bettina’s Retreat Chef Academy reignited my passion and deepened my creative approach to food. Calm, professional, and organised, I make sure every food detail is seamlessly taken care of so retreat hosts can focus on what they do best.
