Hey, I’m Casper  chef and founder of Alegría Dining, where I bring people together through vibrant food experiences in Costa Rica and beyond.

Originally from the UK, I’ve spent the last eight years cooking, learning, and creating in some of the world’s most inspiring kitchens. My style is bold, playful, and globally inspired shaped by training at Ottolenghi’s ROVI, NOPI, and Spitalfields Deli, as well as my time at Bettina’s Retreat Chef Academy, which gave me the confidence to build my own path.

I believe in food that feels both nourishing and celebratory, with plates that spark joy before the first bite. Cooking is how I connect, share love, and make people a little happier than when they arrived.
