Hi, I’m Marjolein — also known as Plantful Kitchen by Mar. I’ve loved food for as long as I can remember.

After training at the Hotel Management School in the Netherlands, I rediscovered my passion for cooking through retreats — where food becomes a way to nurture and connect. A graduate of Bettina’s Retreat Chef Academy, I now specialise in vibrant, Ayurvedic-inspired plant-based cooking that supports balance and wellbeing.

Based in Amsterdam, I love travelling for retreats and bringing warmth, colour, and creativity to every kitchen I step into.
