The perfect spot for sunrise journaling or watching the sky melt into sunset. This retreat is an invitation to rest, recharge, and let Bali do what it does best bring you back to yourself.

A retreat designed to awaken every sense.We begin by the ocean, where days unfold gently between morning swims, nourishing home-cooked meals, and learning from the island’s Blue Zone wisdom. A way of living rooted in longevity, balance, and joy. As the journey continues north, we move deeper into reflection: hot springs tucked in the mountains, ancient temples, the quiet rhythm of tea rituals, and long, soulful dinners shared in good company.This is a retreat about slowing down, reconnecting, and experiencing Japan not through sightseeing, but through presence, through the senses, one moment at a time.
