Hi, I’m Susan  a Natural Food Chef and naturopath. I love bringing people together through food and I’m passionate about creating nourishing, memorable retreat experiences that bring a sense of care and connection. I specialise in seasonal, plant-forward retreat catering with a focus on gut health, whole foods, and food as medicine. I trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York and Bettina’s Kitchen Academy in London, and have spent the past five years cooking at retreats across Sydney. My naturopathic background guides how I design menus, weaving in ingredients, teas, and tonics that support energy, digestion, and balance. Based in Sydney, I cater locally and travel for retreats across Australia and internationally.
