Food has always been at the heart of Aura’s life. Rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Romania and inspired by global flavours, she crafts plant-based dining experiences that blend nourishment with artistry.

Trained at Bettina’s Retreat Chef Academy in London, Aura creates meals that support balance, wellbeing, and connection. Her approach is calm, creative, and full of care — with dishes that radiate colour, flavour, and love.

Now based in Portugal, she caters for retreats that celebrate healing, joy, and togetherness, both locally and abroad.
