I’m Natassja, founder of Drop the Beet — where food, wellbeing, and connection meet.

As a plant-based retreat chef and holistic health coach, I create nourishing dishes that celebrate fresh, seasonal ingredients while supporting gut health and balance. My food is vibrant, flavourful, and designed to energise and ground.

Beyond the plate, I lead mindful eating and breathwork sessions, private dining, and cooking workshops — all rooted in helping people reconnect with themselves through food. My intention is simple: to spark joy, mindfulness, and curiosity through every meal I make.
