I’m Poh, originally from Brunei and now based in South Wales, though my work as a retreat chef has taken me around the world — including time spent living and cooking in Bali.
My approach to food is rooted in respect, gratitude, and connection to the earth, inspired by my grandmother’s lessons on honouring every grain of rice and the farmers who grew it. I believe cooking is a sacred ritual — an act of love and mindfulness.
My experience at the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland shaped my “Love in Action” approach, infusing every dish with positive energy and care. I create customised menus for global clients, focusing on nourishing, balanced meals inspired by international cuisines, with a special passion for Pan-Asian and Peranakan food.
