I’m Caroline, the chef behind Brodie’s Pantry, where I create vibrant vegetarian and vegan meals for retreats, wellness days, and seasonal supper clubs.

My food celebrates foraging, fire cooking, and the beauty of eating with the seasons. I love blending creativity and nutrition — bringing people together around colourful, nourishing plates that honour the rhythms of nature.

A proud two-time graduate of Bettina’s Retreat Chef Academy, I also teach workshops in seasonal cooking and foraging. For me, food is a language of connection, care, and joy — and there’s nothing better than sharing that around the table.
