This retreat packs in 7 unforgettable days of friendship, exploration, and laughter. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a nourishing and heart-opening experience. From the welcome ceremony to the final dinner, you will feel at home and cared for.
The energy of the island, with its lush vegetation, beauty and kind-spirited people, creates the perfect environment for transformation. We’ll explore Bali’s natural habitat through sunrise yoga, excursions to local temples, fire ceremonies, traditional massages, and healing sessions with our resident healerin the most authentic way.
Our three guiding principles for the week are: Nourishment, Mindfulness, and The Art of Self-Care.

Food & Nourishment
Sticking true to my own passions and principles all of the food is plant-focused with a few aditions of well sourced animal based produts, 100% organic and locally sourced from an incredible farmer/grower. Utilising zero waste and nutrient dense recipes. I will not only be feeding your soul and bellies with nutritionally healing food but I will also be teaching you how to re-create some of these dishes, and the lasting impact they have so you can recreate them at home, long after you leave. The Retreat includes a fermentation workshop workshop and time to go through recipes that have been enjoyed over the week on a one to one basis.
Mindfulness, Yoga & Meditation
The gut has often been referred to as our second brain, so by improving the health of our bodies – we are able to nourish our minds. When we eat better, we feel better, and in the amazing environment of our personal retreat space we will be able to take the time to properly relax and rejuvenate our minds through simple mindfulness exercises and daily yoga sessions that can easily be implemented into your everyday routine at home. So you can take a piece of Bali with you, wherever you go.


The art of self care
I firmly believe that before one is able to love others, one must love thyself. Throughout the week I will be guiding you through your own journey to the true art of self-care so that you may truly love yourself and the people around you. From pre-eating moments of pause, gratitude techniques and one-on-one healing sessions with Dewa's magic hands. This retreat allows your body to connect with others and the world around it.
A Hidden Gem on Bali’s Wild West Coast
Looking out over the Balian River, a place long known for its calming and healing energy, this small hidden resort feels like true barefoot luxury, the kind of spot where you can slow down and begin your Bali adventure in the best way.
The atmosphere is relaxed, the service thoughtful, and everything is shaped by a love for the natural world. There are just ten rooms, each with a gourgous Mediterranean feel touched with Balinese charm. Set along a leafy garden that gently slopes towards the river, they all share the same peaceful view, a reminder of why this corner of Bali is so special and untouched. A well kept secret.

Food at the retreat reflects my core values: plant-focused, 100% organic, and sourced directly from a dedicated local farmer. The focus is on delicious dishes, waste-free cooking that feels good, tastes decadent, and nourishes deeply. Throughout the week, I’ll share not only meals but also the know-how behind them, so you can bring these recipes into your own kitchen long after the retreat ends. You’ll also take part in a hands-on fermentation workshop and have one-to-one time with me to explore the dishes we’ve enjoyed together.
