This delicious vegan green sauce is so versatile, it can be used as a salad dressing, a dip or marinade or side dish. It’s super tasty as an addition to pasta, in fact, it’ll completely transforms your dishes. You can make a jar and keep it in the fridge for up to a week. Your New Go-to Vegan Green Sauce

  • Servings: 1 small jar

    For the Green Sauce:
  • 60g parsley, roughly chopped
  • 60g coriander, roughly chopped
  • ½ shallot, roughly chopped
  • ½ chilli, roughly chopped
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 90ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • juice of ½ lime
  • salt & pepper


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into a jar, cover the top with olive oil and keep refrigerated for up to a week.
