Vegan Grain Free Super Bread Recipe

This bread is highly nutritious… the seeds providing Zinc, vitamin E, fibre, vitamin A and K! Can be used with soups, for avocado breakfasts or for a peanut butter on toast midnight snack.

Vegan Grain Free Super Bread Recipe

    For the Grain Free Super Bread
  • 150g sunflower seeds
  • 150g pumpkin seeds
  • 40g psyllium husk
  • 40g buckwheat flour
  • 20g ground flaxseed
  • 20ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250ml water


  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Use your hands to make sure everything is well incorporated.
  3. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper and pour in the mixture. Push down until nice and compact, and smooth over the top using your fingers.
  4. Put in the oven for 1 hour. Then remove the bread from the tin and cook for a further 30 mins in the oven.
