- For the Tamari Dressing
- 60 ml (2 oz / 1/4 cup) tamari or soy sauce
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 garlic clove, peeled and grated
- Combine all the dressing ingredients together in a jar.
- Pop on the lid and give it a good shake. Use what you need and keep the rest in the jar in the fridge for up to a week.
