Sunflower Seed Dip

    For the Dip
  • 200g sunflower seeds (soaked)
  • 118ml water
  • 5 sundried tomatoes
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 30ml tahini
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt & pepper
  • For the Topping:
  • 2 spring onions (chopped)
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts


  1. Wash and soak the sunflower seeds for at least 2 hours.
  2. Blitz all the dip ingredients together in a high powered blender or food processor until well combined and smooth.
  3. For the topping, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Pour the dip into a serving dish, and spoon the topping over the dip.
