Roasted Sweet Radishes & Pine Nuts Vegan Recipe
- For the Roasted Sweet Radishes & Pine Nuts:
- 200g radishes
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Put the radishes and all other ingredients into a bowl and mix well to coat everything.
- Pour into an oven tray lined with greaseproof paper and roast for 20-30 minutes.
