Ingredients

    For the “Rejuvenate the Radish”:
  • any amount of radishes that have gone slightly soft
  • water to cover

Directions

  1. Add the radishes to a bowl and cover with water.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight.
  3. They will absorb the water and become plump and crunchy again, perfect to slice and serve in a salad!
