Pickled Red Onions

    For the Pickled Red Onions
  • 2 red onions (thinly sliced)
  • 4 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 120ml apple cider vinegar


  1. Thinly slice the red onions.
  2. Add the onions, sugar and apple cider vinegar together and mix well.
  3. Store in a glass jar and keep in the fridge, as a great accompaniment to so many dishes!
