Pan Con Tomate
Ingredients
- For the Pan Con Tomate
- 1- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 30ml olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until everything is well combined.
- This keeps for a few days in the fridge, and is delicious topped on toasted bread, especially sourdough!
