Green Celery & Lime & Mint Juice Vegan Recipe

This green vegan juice is a high Alkaline drink, with highly nutritious ingredients that will balance your PH. Also, celery is known to reduce water retention, is a great digestive aid and is anti inflammatory! This juice is soothing and cooling. Green Celery & Lime & Mint Juice Vegan Recipe

  • Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

    For the Juice:
  • 20g fresh mint leaves
  • 300g celery
  • 60g spinach
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 700ml coconut water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Put a muslin cloth or nut milk bag over a large bowl and pour the liquid from the blender through, gently squeezing the cloth/bag to strain out the liquid, to create a lovely green juice.
  3. Transfer the juice into glasses and enjoy!
