Dessert must be everyone’s favourite section. This is one of the most fun and delicious places to start when trying to go more plant- based. Also, lets face it, it’s the favourite part of a meal for most children. Bread and baked goods are one of the hardest things to "give up" when trying to enter a cleaner lifestyle.

As many of you are now aware, gluten isn't that great for your health (over processed and hard to digest). But I am not here to bore you with that! Instead I am going to offer you easy, tasty, full-flavoured, and heavenly options! You think I am kidding right? It is possible and without sacrificing pleasure I promise.
