I love a good porridge with hearty toppings. When done right you can't get a better start to your morning. Jamie has several versions of this liquid gold and here is my take on it!

2 cups of oats 460 grams

2 cups of coconut milk 500 ml

½ cup of water 125 ml

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Vanilla (optional)

fresh berries

dollop of peanut butter

maple syrup


In a hot pan add oats and coconut milk, and heat up gently until it all comes together to form porridge like creamy consistency.

Lastly adding the cinnamon and pinch of salt.

Ladle into a bowl, add a dollop of peanut butter, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
