So most of us love nut butters but we also usually end up spending a fortune on them! Here is a super simple recipe that is incredibly delicious and super easy to make!

2 cups of walnuts (soaked or toasted - up to you)

1 vanilla pod scraped

1 tbs. of maple syrup

1/2 cup of coconut oil

Pinch of Pink salt


Blend all ingredients and keep in an airtight glass jar. If you want the nut butter to be even more nutritious then activate your nuts by soaking them.

If you don’t want to just use normal walnuts that are raw, use toasted nuts for extra depth of flavour!
