BEST CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BALLS
1 cup of peanut butter or toasted peanuts (120 grams)
1 cup (120 grams) of almond flour
1/2 cup (120 grams) of agave syrup
1 tbs. of coconut oil
Pinch of salt
1 tbs. of cacao nibs
1/2 cup (60 grams) of desiccated coconut
Combine all ingredients (except for coconut) in a blender and mix until all is combined. Scoop out and in a separate bowl put your desiccated coconut ready to get some rolling action.
Shape your brownies round or square and roll in the coconut.
I think it’s nice to store them in the fridge to firm them up a bit.
