For the next episode of our Vegwells Supper Club, Chantelle Nicholson, Chef Patron of Tredwells and successful author of Planted, is joining forces with Bettina Campolucci, plant-based cook, author and owner of the hugely popular website, Bettina’s Kitchen.
Bettina and Chantelle recently connected through a shared approach to plant-based food; recipes should be as delicious as they are nourishing, as creative as they are balanced and most importantly, a source of enjoyment to be shared with everyone, irrelevant of preferences or dietary requirements.
