In plant based cooking there are several staples – such as nut milks –and methods – such as sprouting and soaking (activating)– that can make your food more nutritious.
Over the years I have developed basic recipes that I like to keep as staples in my cupboard, fridge or freezer even. For me its all about making life easy and quick without sacrificing taste and nutrition.
Being a mum and working its vital for me to have handy ingredients readily available so that I can whip up something healthy in less than 30 minutes. When there is time I LOVE creating feasts and several dishes which you will also have recipes for here.
BUT on a day-to-day basis HEALTHY, QUICK and INEXPENSIVE are words I like to live by. In time you will discover your staples and make them your own!
